Membership Terms of Service

PYMPLE Squeeze Squad Membership: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PYMPLE. Please read the following Squeeze Squad Membership Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your membership registration. By joining the Squeeze Squad and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:


1. Membership Overview

  • PYMPLE offers a business savings membership program called the Squeeze Squad.

  • Membership provides access to curated business savings opportunities and merchant processing evaluations.

  • Membership does not guarantee approval for savings or financial products.

2. Membership Fee & Renewal

  • The annual membership fee is $59, payable at the time of enrollment.

  • This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Memberships automatically renew each year unless canceled by the member at any time prior to renewal.

3. Savings Proposals

  • All savings proposals are tailored to each member’s business.

  • Proposals are based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to:

    • Monthly processing volume

    • Average transaction amount

    • Highest transaction amount

    • Industry type and risk profile

  • There is no guarantee of cost reduction, savings, or merchant account approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time, including immediately after receiving approval.

  • Cancellation incurs no penalties or fees.

  • Any merchandise gifts received during the membership may be kept by members regardless of cancellation status.

5. Role of PYMPLE Personnel

  • PYMPLE employees, representatives, contractors, or affiliates do not participate in any approval decisions.

  • Savings Analysts are not employees, contractors, or agents of PYMPLE.

  • Analysts serve as third-party consultants and are not authorized to act on behalf of PYMPLE in any legal, financial, or service-related capacity.

6. Third-Party Product & Service Support

  • Support, troubleshooting, and service requests for payment processing accounts or POS equipment will be provided by the respective processor, lender, or equipment manufacturer.

  • PYMPLE does not provide direct technical support or account servicing for merchant accounts or devices.

7. Member Responsibilities

  • Members are responsible for submitting accurate business information during the onboarding process.

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of services or removal from the membership program.

8. Changes to Terms

  • PYMPLE reserves the right to update, discontinue, or amend services, offerings, fees, and our Membership Terms & Conditions, including standard TOS  at any time.

  • Members will be notified of material changes by email, SMS, or through the website.
